About the Founders
Founders of Solutions Found – Clare Gambaro and Stuart Ayling – have extensive backgrounds in understanding the practical application of business development technology. They have both run their own independent consulting businesses as well as working for larger established companies across a variety of industry sectors.
They have provided business development and technology guidance for hundreds of firms across many industry sectors. They have also been trainers to a wide variety of SME’s, national companies, service-based
businesses and professional organisations.

Clare Gambaro has a career spanning 20 years in management. Her areas of experience include Hospitality, Marketing, Sales and Event Management.
During the 1990’s Clare began working with Internet technologies and in 1999 she created the first fully automated online florist store in Queensland.
She is experienced in working with consumers as well as with
sponsors and industry suppliers.

Stuart Ayling
has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience,
with most of that ‘at the coalface’ of business-to-business sales and marketing management roles.
Stuart has been in charge of multi-million dollar marketing budgets
and has managed marketing departments as well as independent business units.
He holds a Marketing Degree and a post graduate qualification in International Business.
