How We Work With You
To undertake a review of your business we would usually involve your key executives, managers and
staff if applicable. With
your prior permission, we may visit your office, branches or franchisee locations to investigate front-line needs.
We would also address factors that may influence consistency and
implementation of marketing tactics.
Option A: Small Business Consultation
If you own a small business - or are planning to start one - you can
access individual assistance to understand your priorities and get on track
for success. During this 55-minute tele-consultation you will be given specific advice, tips, and guidance on getting your business moving. After the
consultation you will be sent notes as a reminder of your key action steps.

Option B: Discovery and Planning Session
For established companies or businesses with significant growth
potential a typical engagement would begin with a half-day intensive
Discovery and Planning Session (fee $2,300 plus GST). Following this session you
will receive a written report documenting the key areas for
development, along with critical actions required. This is a stand-alone
package designed to give you the clarity and guidance to make
better management decisions, removing the stress of wondering
if you are doing the right thing. However if required, you
may request ongoing assistance from Solutions Found.

Option C: Review and Project Coordination
If your project is complex or involves identifying and
implementing a variety of marketing or business development solutions
the following 4-stage process may apply.

Audit Interview & Report
This initial review is a packaged service that will identify and clarify your critical business development issues. The assessment will address your current practices and rationale, and alignment of activities with organisational objectives. The accompanying report will contain recommendations for improvement, along with a suggested progress path and anticipated investment to complete the next phase (Project Scope Report).
Project Scope Report
This report is the first step in the implementation process. It identifies key cost components, key service partners
or other providers (if required), and defines an implementation schedule and proposed payment structure for the project.
Project Coordination
As required by the individual project Solutions Found is able to
manage the project on your behalf. Regular feedback reports and
personal meetings ensure full transparency and accountability are
maintained.
Ongoing Education
& Support
Importantly, as a client you will have direct access to any service partners
involved in your project. It will be like they are part of your team. Solutions Found will continue with post-implementation education and support as required.
